This patient felt her forehead was too high and was always bothered by the contour and inverted U-shape of her hairline. We were able to lower her hairline by 2.75 cm in the center, as well as provide a more even and balanced hairline contour through a one-stage forehead reduction/hairline-lowering procedure.
