Description

This patient felt her forehead was too high and tried two hair transplantation surgeries with a different surgeon to lower her hairline. She was unsatisfied with the low density and unnatural appearance of the hairline and sought Dr. Attenello for revision surgery. She underwent a hairline lowering/forehead reduction surgery to excise her transplanted hairs and lower her hairline again by 2.5 cm. The previously transplanted hairs were then further excised and transplanted along the hairline and the temporal regions. Here she is three months after surgery.
